Lucy Ratcliffe (Director)

“I AND MY COLLEGUES (AND WE’VE DISCUSSED IT) HAD A GREAT TWO DAYS; IN MY TWENTY WORKING YEARS, IVE YET TO EXPEREINCE A SESSION INCORPORATING INTELLECTUAL, EMOTIONAL AND PRACTICAL ASPETS OF MY LIFE- EXTRAORDINARY. FOR MUCH OF THE WEEKEND I WAS LOST IN DEEP THOUGHT AND REFLECTION; I’M ALREADY TRYING TO MAKE CHANGES’ – Sales Director, Global Technology firm.

Lucy has been with ID Partnership and it’s many incarnations from the beginning. She began her career as a professional actress, where her highlights were writing and performing a one woman show for Kenneth Branagh’s Theatre Company and being part of the Olivier Award winning Spanish Golden Age Season at The Gate Theatre, directed by Steven Daldry.
The lowlights of being an actor soon got to her though, and she started working with Caroline McHugh, first as the world’s worst PA, and then gradually moved into her real home; the design and delivery of our work and the running of the business.

“LUCY HAS BEEN AN INSTRUMENTAL FORCE FOR GOOD IN MY CAREER – A BRINGER OF HOPE, EMPATHY AND THE KIND OF QUESTIONS THAT STOP YOU IN YOUR TRACKS, MAKE YOU PAUSE AND DO THE KIND OF DEEP REFLECTION THAT IT TAKES A GREAT COACH TO BRING OUT. MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I DIDN’T MEET HER SOONER.”

Lucy has worked all over the world across ID Partnership’s client base, engaging with people at different stages in their career, from individuals just starting out, to CEO and board level Partnerships. She has led some of ID Partnership’s most longstanding client relationships with Sky, Citigroup, Telepfonica, American Express, Edelman and UK Sport amongst many others.

‘I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH LUCY FOR 9 MONTHS AND SHE HAS GENUINELY TRANSFORMED HOW I THINK, FEEL AND OPERATE IN MY WORK. BY TRULLY UNDERSTANDING THE CORE OF  WHO I AM AND BUILDING MY CONFIDENCE TO BRING THAT INTO WORK; THIS HAS ENABLED ME TO BE MORE FULFILLED AND SUCCESSFUL. I CAN’T RECOMMEND LUCY ENOUGH.” – Senior Leader Financial Services

Coach. facilitator, consultant and keynote speaker, Lucy’s work is characterised by her individual mix of intellect, psychological insight and intuition. With her performance background and business experience spanning over two decades, Lucy is as comfortable working with people on technique as she is collaborating more strategically with organisations to help them develop cultures that people thrive in and leaders that people want to follow. She is also a recognised Fellow for The Association of Coaching.
